WILDCATS: The defending champions snap their 2-game losing streak and edge back into a tie with Syracuse atop the Paterno Division. Boston enjoyed 17-point weeks from 3 players: Matt Forte, Greg Jennings, and Cam Newton in his first Wildcat start. Boston is 5-2 and leads Dallas by 18 points in the overall points race. ARMADILLOS: Dallas loses their first game of the year, despite a surge in the late Sunday games to tie Boston at 66 going into Monday night. All starters but Rashard Mendenhall scored, including 4 in double digits: K John Kasay (15), Calvin Johnson and Jimmy Graham (14 ea.) and Fred Davis (11).

MUSTANGS: Another week, another huge game from Drew Brees who lead Mercer with 28 points. Marques Colston added 17 and K Matt Bryant added 12. The Mustangs have now won 2 in a row to even their record at 3-3-1. DUDES: The Beach Dudes drop to 4-2-1 with their second loss on the season. Adrian Peterson had a huge game (23) and Kevin Kolb had a solid effort (12) but the other 6 starters managed only a combined 9 points.

RAPTORS: Richburgh wins their second game of the year, thanks in no small part to the huge coming out party of RB DeMarco Murray, who had the week’s second-highest individual score with 32 points. Recent adds Tim Tebow (12) and Graham Gano (9) also had strong efforts. BANG: The Big Oregon TROPHY BOGARTS lose their 2nd in a row and drop to 2-5 on the season. QB Ben Roethlisberger lead Oregon with 23 points.

VIOLENCE: Two words: Arian Foster. 100+ yards rushing, 110+ yards receiving and 3 TDs set the high bar for all individual performances in week 7 with 34 points. New acquisition K Dan Bailey added 12 as Happy Valley is back in the win column at 4-3. MUD: MassIll’s roller-coaster season continues, as they are back in the loss column and drop to 3-4. The lackluster effort for the Mud was lead by Steve Smith, the only player in double digits (11).

THOROBREDS: New Chester improves their record to 2-4-1 behind strong games from Plaxico Burress (18), Mike Wallace (14) and Ryan Longwell (12). LONGFELLOWS: Is this where we make the “shortfellows” joke? Keystone’s 5 points is not a league record, but it’s the lowest team score in recent memory. Last year’s point champions are now dead last in the 2011 points race.

DIVERS: Miami improves to 4-3 behind strong games from Darren Sproles (17), Mark Sanchez and Dez Bryant (11 ea.). The Muffdivers have ridden a 3-game winning streak into second place, 1.5 games behind Dallas in the Cappelletti Division. BLIZZARD: QB Aaron Rodgers had his typical strong game (20 pts) and Roddy White added a solid 8, but 5 other Syracuse starters all took goose eggs on the week. Syracuse drops to 5-2 and is tied with Boston atop the Paterno Division.

GRIFFINS: Philadelphia wins their 3rd straight game and improves to 3-4 on the season. K Mason Crosby lead the Griffin scoring with 19 points. LICKERS: Two Froglicker starters scored in negative numbers (Colt McCoy and Ray Rice, -1 each) and only one player broke double digits — Neil Rackers (11). Frelinghuysen drops to 2-5 on the year.
