Rule change proposal 4: 1 point penalty for lost fumbles

<p>Penalize players one point for lost fumbles. This makes the game more interesting (esp. in RB position) and closer to real football. A guy is not as valuable if he puts the ball on the ground. Proposed by MassIll Mud.</p>

I like this. If we are going to penalize for interceptions, we should penalize for lost fumbles.

Yes.

I think this is easy to track also.
