• You may think the Broncos, Jets and Falcons are feeling bad at 0-3? Our own FFL owners Dave Zilberfarb and Doug Weaver can relate — their FFL franchises are the only 0-3 teams in the league. These owners account for 2 past championships (Zilb in 94,95) and 4 Fantasy Bowl appearances (the league is currently in it’s 8th year).
• Is it a first? — With Syracuse and Keystone tied going into the Monday night game, the Blizzard had Jake Plummer while the Longfellows countered with Adrian Murrell. Final tallies: Murrell (0) and Plummer (-2). This is the first time in my recollection that a team has ever lost a game by having a player lose points on Monday night. If it’s happened before, let me know the year/teams and I’ll search for it.
